Service Description
I'm thrilled to offer these special CGS Mini Sessions this year! They're QUICK 5 minute sessions and you'll get 2 free images to download, with the opportunity to purchase more. These sessions are high demand so if you realize you can't make it please try to cancel ahead of time. Try to show up at least 10-15 minutes early to get familiar with the location and be ready to jump in when your turn comes up. I look forward to supporting Amy Cathcart Photography to help serve more CGS Families at this event!
Cancellation Policy
PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION POLICIES You Belong Media (Sacred Growth LLC DBA You Belong Media) By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these policies. 1. YOUR SESSION Your session is free and includes 2 complimentary edited images of your choice. Additional images are available for purchase. 2. CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS Session times are limited. If you can't make it, please cancel as soon as possible so another family can take your spot. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to keep things on time for everyone. 3. ACCESSIBILITY & COMFORT Please share any accessibility needs, sensory considerations, mobility needs, communication preferences, or support people you'd like present. Breaks are always welcome, and sessions move at a comfortable pace. 4. CONSENT By booking, you confirm that everyone being photographed agrees to participate. A parent or guardian must consent for anyone under 18. Adults consent for themselves unless they have a legal representative. Anyone may pause, skip a shot, or stop at any time. 5. IMAGE DELIVERY Within 14 days of the event, you'll receive a private online gallery where you can choose your 2 complimentary images and purchase additional favorites. Unedited and RAW files are not included. Please download promptly and keep your own backup. 6. OWNERSHIP & USAGE You Belong Media owns the copyright to all images. Your images come with a personal license, including social media, prints, gifts, and personal communications. Images may not be sold, licensed to others, used commercially, or entered into contests. Photo credit (@youbelongmedia) is appreciated. 7. PORTFOLIO & PRIVACY You Belong Media may use images from your session in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing. By booking, you confirm you have permission to agree to this for everyone in your photos. To keep your photos private, email connect@youbelongmedia.com before or after your session. Your contact information is kept confidential and never sold or shared. 8. SAFETY & LIABILITY You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of anyone in your party, including children.
